A Brief History of Bancker

The name "Bancker" has symbolized quality utility construction since the early 1920's. Bancker Construction Corp. was incorporated in 1958. Through the sixties, Bancker concentrated its work in water mains, pumping stations, and treatment plants. During the seventies, Bancker expanded with significant amounts of telephone cable and electrical conduit work. In the eighties and nineties, Bancker broadened it's operations into gas main work, horizontal jacking & boring, cable TV and maintenance of underground conduit systems. The 21st century is here...Bancker has responded to both the changing technologies and the market as dictated by our customers. Conduit rodding & cable pulling, also trenchless installation techniques using directional drilling are now part of our daily work operations.

On a typical day, we are operating in several states with thirty crews doing gas mains, water mains, telephone conduit, manhole rebuilding, cable installation, pump station construction, electric line installation, directional drilling, inner duct pulling, horizontal jacking of conduit, paving, landscaping, pipeline testing, saw cutting, fire hydrant repairs, water & gas service installation, and sheeting and shoring of excavated pits for the major utilities.

Bancker Construction Corp. will travel to work with companies we are comfortable with.
